Our Leadership Team

Louis F. Tapia, MBA

Founder

Allpro’s Founder is Louis F. Tapia. Mr. Tapia has distinguished himself as a man of acumen with over 25 years of successful project and business management. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a master’s degree in business administration. He was promoted to Infantry Captain within two years of entering the Army, and earned two Purple Hearts during his service in Vietnam. He retired from the Army with a service- connected disability, and has since built and managed multiple companies. For outstanding success in business growth, he was recognized as Small Businessman of the Year by the National Minority Business Council.

Christopher Tapia, Esq., MSW, JD

Chief Executive Officer

Christopher Tapia serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Allpro and currently oversees Allpro’s VA contracts across the United States. He has 15 years of experience working with government contracts and providing legal counsel and contract oversight for the healthcare industry. He has a masters’ degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and a law degree from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law.

Ben Fisher

Chief Operating Officer

Ben Fisher returned to AllPro as the Chief Operating Officer after a previous stint as the Director of Homecare in 2020-2021.  Ben has over fifteen years of experience in all forms of home care, including medical home health, hospice, non-medical home care, pediatric home care, and private duty nursing.  Ben resides in Brentwood, TN, with his wife and three children, and is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville. TN.

Scott Lazear

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Lazear has been the Chief Financial Officer at Allpro since 2022.  A licensed CPA, Scott is responsible for the Accounting and Financial operations of the company.  He brings many years of experience over a variety of diverse industries including the health care sector.

Brian Fitts

Director of Sales

Brian Fitts is Director of Sales for Allpro. He is responsible for directing Sales for the Homecare division for all of our offices in the United States. He  coordinates contracts with VA medical centers throughout the country to provide caregivers to our Veterans in need. Brian has been with Allpro for over 8 years and has more than 16 years of experience in homecare management, home health and sales.

Stephanie McMichael

Director of Human Resources

Stephanie McMichael is the Director of Human Resources at Allpro, where she leads the HR function with a focus on strategic planning, talent management, and employee benefits. With over a decade of experience in human resources and two years at Allpro, Stephanie plays a key role in shaping a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
